The Clippers' center was diagnosed with right calf strain he suffered on Jan. 12 against the Grizzlies.
He will be re-evaluated in 4 weeks putting his earliest return in late February. While Daniel Theis and Mason Plumlee are options to fill in for Zubac, the Clippers are likely to use smaller lineups more often until he returns.
Zubac is averaging 12.4 points, 9.7 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 38 games this season while shooting 65.5% from the floor and 64.8% from the free-throw line.
