Jalen Reagor: The Eagles rookie WR is back in practice today after a stint on IR. Because he was out after thumb surgery his reacclimation period should be quick and he was surely working out his lower body while on IR. His performance in practice indicates that he had no issues catching the ball with his thumb, and was even returning punts in practice. He will likely wear a splint under his glove but expect him to make a full return versus the Cowboys.
