The Steelers running back has a confirmed a right AC joint injury and it was my thought that he could play through it with an injection like Josh Jacobs, but the Steelers held him out Sunday. There was word this weekend that he might miss more than a game, however today head coach Mike Tomlin was optimistic that Conner would be available for week 10. Let's hope for him to practice in limited fashion this week but he still may need an injection pre game to play through the injury. Likely the Steelers didn't feel comfortable to play Conner without practicing him and felt Jaylen Samuel was returning which essentially gave him the week off. Things appear to be normalizing for week 10 for Conner and the Steelers running back situation.
