Mike Tomlin expressed optimism Conner would play this week. Now comes a report from a Pittsburgh Steelers beat reporter Gerry Dulac that Conner is not expected to play. It's clear that the injury seems to be a sprain to the AC joint although it is unclear if he will play this Sunday or not. The coaches words seem to be at odds with said beat reporter. Conner was limited practice Wednesday and reverted to DNP on Thursday.
