JaMychal Hasty walked to the locker room after landing on his left shoulder. It's likely he suffered a mild left shoulder AC joint sprain, which is an injury to the end of his collarbone joint. If he's unable to return he would be the fourth running back for the 49ers to be injured. However, with an injection Hasty can likely return or at least play next game.
