As we have anticipated, Jared Goff will start this week after dealing with a fractured/dislocated thumb. He did not start last week, but came in early in relief of John Wolford, who is still out with a neck injury. Blake Bortles was signed off the Broncos practice squad, and has familiarity with McVay’s playbook. He’ll be the backup moving forward
