The Eagles O-line continues to have problems after Lane Johnson was placed on injured reserve. Now it's been reported that lineman Jason Peters will play tonight versus the Seahawks, but will move to guard to help mitigate a dislocated toe that will need surgery at the end of the season. Being protected on both sides will help with protecting the toe and Jason Peters' effectiveness, but certainly he will be at less than 100%. Likely it is a severe turf toe type injury that resulted in this location and we'll need plantar plate surgery. He can play but his effectiveness certainly will be hampered, and this is the reason for our downgrade to the Eagles injury index, and all of the red color on the Eagles fieldview offensive line.
