Jaylen Brown, Robert Williams Expected to Play Full Minutes

Robert Williams and Jaylen Brown are reportedly expected to play full minutes in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals against the Bucks.

Brown's hamstring has been a cause for concern since he grabbed at it several times late in the Game 4 win over the Nets.

He played the full fourth quarter in that game and head coach Ime Udoka has said all along that he expected Brown to be available for Game 1.

As our Pro Basketball Docs noted recently, Brown has previous scar tissue from a November hamstring strain. That scar tissue could be a concern for reinjury and may limit his mobility in the series.

Williams beat the return timeline from his meniscus trim surgery and played in Games 3 and 4 against the Nets.

He will reportedly be in the starting lineup for the first time since his knee injury. The Pro Basketball Docs expect Williams to be near full effectiveness by mid-series.

The Bucks, meanwhile, are expected to be without star forward Khris Middleton for a majority of the series with a Grade 2 MCL sprain.
