By video, landed hard on a catch early in the 1st quarter - likely got wind knocked out of him but potential for injured ribs - returned to game and should have no ill effects.
He started the game with 2 catches for 21 yards on the first drive.
Waddle did have a rib cartilage injury during the preseason.
