The Titans middle linebacker by video appears to have suffered a left shoulder dislocation in the Titans upset victory over the Patriots. His right arm was caught and his left arm subluxed but somehow returned to the game after. However, a couple plays later he went down again and was unable to return. He will likely need surgery in the offseason and it will difficult for him to play in one week. In two weeks he could play with a harness but with the Titans playing Saturday it is highly unlikely he plays.
