Jeff Wilson Jr., the 49ers running back, suffers a left high ankle sprain where his foot was caught underneath the defender as he crossed the goal line. He was able to walk off the field but left the sidelines by cart. We expect that him to get gradually sore over time and will not return to the game. In fact, with his recent return from a calf injury could mean a multi-week absence for Wilson. JaMycal Hasty may be a great add in fantasy this week due to all the 49ers running back injuries.
