By video review, Jimmie Ward appeared to suffer a head/neck issue. He tried to hit CeeDee Lamb on a crossing route and got the worst of it. Ward's body went limp upon contact and will be ruled out of the game on that alone. At this point, having just the concussion seems to be good news for Ward, in the sense he avoided a serious neck injury.
