San Francisco quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo had rocky first half, including a costly interception on an underthrown ball to the sideline.
The 30-year-old suffered a rotator cuff contusion in his right shoulder in the second quarter of the win over the Cowboys.
Since the injury, he is 6/20 for 82 yards and two interceptions.
