Joe Burrow, the Bengals star quarterback, suffered a right knee injury on the Rams' seventh sack of the game early in the fourth quarter.
By video, Burrow was wrapped up by Von Miller, then bent awkwardly in the pile.
ProFootballDoc, Dr. David Chao said Burrow appeared to suffer an MCL sprain in his right knee, the opposite side from the knee in which he tore his ACL his rookie season.
Burrow walked off the field limping, but was pacing around the sideline and did not receive medical attention.
He will remain in the game, but will likely have limited mobility. It could also affect his ability to step into throws and deliver down the field.
Brandon Allen is the Bengals backup quarterback if Burrow can't continue.
