Rams left tackle Joe Noteboom exited in the second quarter with a right ankle injury he suffered on a running play.
By video, Noteboom's right leg appeared to collide with a defender while blocking and his ankle twisted when he took the next step.
He was carted to the locker room and deemed doubtful to return.
Although he's unlikely to return to the game, the Pro Football Docs have optimism for his availability after the team's bye next week.
The injury leaves the Rams without four starting offensive linemen. Alaric Jackson was moved to left tackle and Oday Aboushi is in at right guard.
Brian Allen, David Edwards and Tremayne Anchrum Jr. were all inactive for the contest due to injury.
