Suffered a pectoral injury in 4th quarter of Divisional Round - even if he gets good news on pec tendon, he won't play against the Ravens.
Veteran Nick Allegretti will likely fill at left guard, he previously started at left guard during the Chiefs' Super Bowl run in 2020.
Thuney was injured early in the 4th quarter while trying to cross over on a swim move. Thuney can't play through with the injury as there's no way to protect the A gap.
