Sixers' superstar center Joel Embiid left Monday night's Game 2 late in the third quarter after hyperextending his right elbow.
Embiid did not return, as Philadelphia was up by 22 heading into the fourth quarter, but the MVP candidate's injury is minor and he did not appear to suffer any ligament damage on the play.
Embiid should play in Game 3 when the series heads north of the border this upcoming Wednesday and shouldn't be limited by the injury, according to our ProBasketballDocs.
The 28-year-old suffered the injury when teammate Matisse Thybulle bumped Embiid's swinging arm right at the joint, jostling his forearm and hyperextending his elbow.
Embiid went down multiple times before leaving the contest, appearing to bump knees with James Harden late in the first half and getting raked in the eye while on defense.
The all-star scored 28 points with 11 rebounds on only 14 shots against the smaller Raptors frontline, continuing his dominance from Game 1.
The 76ers have a 2-0 lead over the Raptors, but will be without Thybulle for the next two contests as he is not fully vaccinated and will not be allowed into Canada.
The series continues on Wednesday and Saturday in Toronto, before heading back to Philadelphia for Game 5 next Monday.
