John Wolford Unlikely To Return After Suffering Neck Injury

The Rams QB John Wolford was injured on a designed run Wolford was going to the ground head forward and was hit by Seattle safety Jamal Adams on the crown of his helmet with his right shoulder, making it a legal play. He walks off the field and likely will be evaluated for a neck injury. He is headed to the locker room for precautionary X-rays and there is worry for compression to the neck and resultant soreness which would limit his range of motion which is the biggest concern. Of course he will be evaluated for a head injury as well but the neck issue is the bigger concern. The Rams will again turn to Jared Goff against the Seahawks.
