Johnathan Abram, the Raiders starting strong safety, dislocated his left shoulder on a tackle in the fourth quarter.
He was deemed questionable to return, but we don't expect to see him reenter the game.
By video, Abram suffered the shoulder dislocation when he dove to tackle Browns running back Nick Chubb.
He walked off the field holding his left wrist, likely to keep the shoulder stabilized until the medical staff can put the shoulder back into the socket.
Abram has a history of left shoulder issues, including a torn labrum and a torn rotator cuff. He wears a harness on the left shoulder, but the harness was likely too loose to keep the shoulder in the socket on the attempted tackle.
Roderic Teamer will likely fill in at strong safety.
Despite the shoulder injury, the Abram could return next Sunday in a pivotal division matchup against the Broncos.
Update
Abram was downgraded to out. Despite him not returning, there is a solid chance he toughs it out against Denver next Sunday.
