Minesota Vikings WR left the Week 1 game against the New York Giants early in the 3rd quarter due to an aggravation of a pre-existing ankle injury from the preseason. By video Addison suffered a mild left high ankle sprain. Although not significant, it will affect his practice time during the week and potential snaps in Week 2.

Jordan Addison exited practice on Wednesday August, 14th with a mild left high ankle sprain in a joint practice with the Cleveland Browns, he was taken off the field on a cart, he is unlikely to practice on Thursday but this is not expected to be a long term injury. By video observation, his foot was not completely caught underneath him, he could play in Week 1 with this injury.
