The Eagles head coach told reporters today that he was cleared for contact and should be available Sunday versus the Giants. The Eagles new free agent signing has missed the last six games with a stinger/shoulder injury. His starting spot may not be vacant anymore as rookie Miles Sanders has shined in Howard's absence. Regardless, his return is crucial as the Eagles need a victory to secure a playoff spot and the division.
