The Eagles running back still has not been cleared to contact from his stinger injury. We have foreshadowed an extended absence which has come true as nerve injury recovery is unpredictable. The only good news is Howard has not been put on injured reserve so obviously the Eagles still have hope he will return this season. He has been out since the Bears game in week 9.
