The Broncos ruled out starting linebacker Josey Jewell for Thursday's contest with a knee injury.
Based on initial video of the strip-sack that caused that injury, the Pro Football Docs are concerned that Jewell suffered a left MCL sprain.
Jewell's left knee was trapped and quickly bent inward by a falling Matt Ryan. The length of any absence will be determined by the results of the MRI.
Jewell remained in for one more play, then left and was ruled out after halftime.
Alex Singleton came in to replace the fifth-year starter.
Cornerback Ronald Darby has been ruled out after suffering a knee injury late in the first half while contesting a sideline catch.
Only one angle of the Darby injury was immediately available, but the Pro Football Docs have worry for an extended absence.
