Josh Allen fell on his outstretched hand/left elbow but the injury seems to be his shoulder. In many ways, it is similar to the Drew Lock injury. It's my belief his collarbone and AC joint are spared. This appears to be a shoulder subluxation (shifting) injury which would potentially injure his labrum and/or rotator cuff. If this was his throwing shoulder, there is no way that he would the return like Lock has missed time. But given that it's his non-throwing shoulder, I think it is probable / likely that he can return with some sort of strap or harness to finish the game.
