The Bills quarterback was diagnosed with a concussion vs the Patriots. Even though it's still early in the week and head injury recovery is difficult to predict, it seems doubtful that Allen will play Week five vs the Titans. The majority of players in today's health and safety era miss the next week. Given that he seemed to have outward symptoms after the hit,  it seems likely that Matt Barkley will be the starter and Allen will return Week seven after the week six bye.
