By video, Foles was driven down by defender after releasing the touchdown throw with full body weight. I don't know, but there seems to be a specific rule against that. No penalty called. Reason for rule, is quarterback safety as high probability for injury with full body weight of defender. Hope Foles can escape with a separated shoulder, however reason for concern is a left clavicle injury. Ala Aaron Rodgers 2017. Foles has been ruled out and has a confirmed broken left clavicle.
