Kenneth Walker II and DeeJay Dallas were both absent from Seahawks' practice on Wednesday after each suffered an ankle injury in Sunday's win.
According to the Pro Football Docs, Walker is unlikely to play in Week 14 after what Pete Carroll described as a jammed right ankle that caused a muscle strain to the inside of his foot.
Carrol's comments suggest a possible strain to his posterior tibial tendon, although his exact ankle injury remains unclear. He carries a SIC score of 45 for Week 14.
The standout rookie rushed three times for 36 yards against the Rams and went out after he appeared to suffer the strain while planting hard on his right foot near the sideline on his final rush.
Dallas and Travis Homer are each questionable and 25-year-old Tony Jones Jr., who Carroll quipped “looks really good” at Wednesday's practice, is the favorite to take a lion's share of Seattle's carries.
Homer missed last week with illness/knee ailments, but logged a limited practice on Wednesday.
In spite of the difficulty running the ball, Geno Smith threw for 367 yards and three touchdowns and star wideouts, Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf, posted nearly identically impressive lines of 9/128/1 and 8/127/1, respectively.
