Kenny Golladay reportedly injured his hamstring yesterday in practice. Head coach Matt Patrica says the team wants to “be careful with their budding receiver”, especially with a soft tissue injury. Given the lack of an offseason program and the newness of the injury, it seems like a forgone conclusion that Golladay will miss Week 1. Since the hamstring is in the early phases of recovery, re-aggravation is quite possible. Muscle injuries tend to linger and even if Golladay suited up, he would be very limited in the opener. His absence will be factored into our Injury Index and Field View.
