Kenyan Drake Suffers Right Leg Injury, Carted To Locker Room

Kenyan Drake, the Raiders backup running back, suffered a right leg injury against Washington and was carted to the locker room. By video, Drake had his right leg rolled up on and appeared to suffer a combination MCL sprain/high ankle sprain. We don't expect him back this game and he could be out beyond next week. Josh Jacobs and Peyton Barber will handle the running back duties.

Update

Drake has been ruled out for the game with an ankle injury. That confirms the high ankle sprain, but he may also have some associated MCL damage because of the injury mechanism.
