The new Giants tight end has finally passed his physical, and will begin practicing in limited fashion with the Giants. The former Vikings tight end had a known foot issue and was signed to a contract but then failed his physical requiring surgery. The Giants worked it out where they made good on the deal. This did delay his start with the team with a couple weeks to go before the first game, but gave Rudolph a chance to work into practicing in full. We do not expect a full load for Rudolph from the get go given the delay with acclamation to his new team, quarterback and system, but also the fact that he's coming off a Jones fracture surgery.
