Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray was sacked and driven into his right shoulder. He has stayed in the game and has been working his arm out on the sideline. By video he has a mild right shoulder AC joint sprain, which is indeed painful but he may be able to finish the game. An injection is a possibility moving forward, and it doesn't appear the Cardinals are willing to fall back on Brett Hundley just yet.
