Lamar Jackson, the Ravens star quarterback, left Sunday's game against Cleveland with an apparent right ankle injury. By video, Jackson was rolling right for a throw when he was landed on by diving Browns linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah. Due to limited video angles, it was difficult to see the exact injury mechanism to Jackson's right ankle. The former Louisville quarterback walked off the field and was checked in the injury tent before he was carted to the locker room. Jackson is questionable to return with an ankle injury.
Backup quarterback Tyler Huntley is in to replace the star Ravens quarterback. Huntley started for Jackson Week 11 and threw for 219 yards with 1 interception and 40 rushing yards.
Update
Jackson has been ruled out of the game with his ankle injury. The Ravens play the Packers in Week 15 and his status for that game remains unclear. Jackson was seen in a short walking boot after the game, meaning he is likely not dealing with a high ankle sprain. He has a solid chance to play next week against the Packers.
