Lamar Jackson Quad Injury

For the second straight day the Ravens quarterback and leading MVP candidate was limited in practice due to a quadriceps muscle issue. By video, he suffered the injury on the 61 yard touchdown pass. He took legal contact above the knee in the high thigh area. He finished the game and seemed fairly mobile after as he was able to rush for 14 yards on three carries after the initial injury. If this were a regular seven day week I would have zero worry. Even with the short week Thursday game versus the Jets, I think the effect on his mobility will be minimal. The injury should not affect his ability to throw and he should be his usual dynamic self.
