When the reigning MVP missed practice on Wednesday due to a knee injury, we posted that we thought the injury was mild. We believed it to be a contusion or prepatellar bursitis from a direct blow as he landed on his left knee, before leaving several plays later late in the fourth quarter. Now Jackson has missed a second consecutive day but this time not for the knee, but is listed for an illness. Unclear what type of illness he could have, but there is no indication of covid-19 point in time. It is still our feeling that he will be fine come Sunday, in regards to both his knee issue and this illness, so long as it doesn't turn into a covid-19 positive test.
