The Rams are without Brandin Cooks due to concussion, but the Steelers are missing many more players. Obviously the Steelers have their second string quarterback in, but James Conner continues to be out, now two weeks after an AC joint sprain. There are some definite issues at running back given the recent return of Jaylen Samuels from a knee scope, and now the absence of Benny Snell in addition to Conner. Juju Smith-Schuster is listed as questionable with a toe tissue, but should play.
