Las Vegas Raiders Versus Washington Football Team: Ailing Washington Offense At Disadvantage

Injury Advantage: Raiders Defense Over Washington Offense

Washington posted their lowest offensive SIC score of the season this week and could be without three key offensive lineman. Left guard Ereck Flowers Sr. is the newest addition to the injury report and his foot injury is a big concern.

Starting running back Antonio Gibson continues to struggle with his shin stress fracture and versatile backup running back J.D. McKissic will miss the game after suffering a concussion last Monday.

Washington is 23rd in the league in total passing yards as backup quarterback Taylor Heinicke has struggled to click with his pass catchers. No. 2 wideout Curtis Samuel continues to struggle with a groin injury and tight end Logan Thomas recently returned from IR after suffering a hamstring strain.

The Raiders’ defensive line is mostly intact, but backup right defensive end Carl Nassib will miss the game with a knee injury. We expect the Raiders to get plenty of pressure on Heinicke over the course of the game.
