Marcus Bailey has a rough injury history going into the NFL draft. As a freshman, Bailey tore his left ACL playing in just two games. Bailey then had right hip laberal surgery in early 2019 missing most of spring. In practice during the 2019 season, the Purdue product tore his right ACL effectively ending his college career with 28 tackles for loss and a career high 115 tackles in 2018. Bailey appears to be doing well, and was cleared by the Arizona Cardinals medical team. By video, he appears to be favoring the right knee but a team might target him late in the draft as a project. Bailey will need time to recover but could turn in a healthy sophomore campaign if drafted into the right situation.
