Two days after effectively ending their season with a loss to the Pelicans, the Lakers may take on the Nuggets without three of their most important pieces.
LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and Carmelo Anthony are each listed as questionable, while Anthony is the only of the trio to miss Friday's loss.
James missed 2 games with an ankle sprain before returning Friday, playing alongside Davis for the first time since Feb. 16 as he recovered from a foot sprain.
Neither of the 2 are fully healthy, while Davis returned with a SIC Health Score of 63, as the ProBasketballDocs believe that the Lakers should have held him out until the playoffs.
In all of the injuries and turmoil, Russel Westbrook has been maybe the only consistent Laker over the last month, averaging 19.6 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 7 assists on 48.7% shooting in his last 10 games.
Los Angeles has lost 5 in a row and 22 of its last 29 games and would need a miraculous final 5 games against tough Western Conference opponents to qualify for the play-in.
