Although there was no way to be conclusive with limited video, we had concern/suspicion for Lisfranc injury and our worst fears have come true. Jackson will have surgery next week and his season is over. Being a 300+ pound defensive lineman who needs to move other 300+ lineman, this makes his recovery significantly harder and there is no chance even for late season or playoff return. This injury involves both fracture and ligament tear with bones displaced. His injury is a big loss to the Eagles defensive line depth and will affect the Eagles rush defense grades going into the next few Injury Indexes.
