Packers wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling missed his second straight practice Thursday as he recovers from a hamstring strain he suffered during the Week 3 win over the 49ers. Green Bay's No. 2 wide receiver injured his hamstring with just under eight minutes left in the fourth quarter on an overthrown deep ball by Aaron Rodgers. Valdes-Scantling left the game and did not return. Hamstring injuries are tough to judge by video, but the fact that he didn't return and has been unable to practice this week makes him unlikely to play Week 4 against the Steelers. If he can't play, Randall Cobb should see increased snaps.
