In our 2019 preseason injury preview, we indicated that Brown would not be 100% coming off lisfranc surgery. Brown had some limited success early on but was often listed as questionable for his rookie campaign. Now comes word of a second surgery where a screw / hardware needed to be removed that was bothering him. The good news is that this recovery is relatively short and he should be available through parts of the offseason program and well before training camp. The good news is that this surgery could lead to an improved second season in 2020. This is an early preview to our preseason injury report.
