Matt Milano left the Bills Week 4 matchup with a hamstring injury and was unable to return. Since entering the NFL in 2017 he has suffered 4 additional hamstring injuries with most requiring a one game absence. Milano is an influential member of the Buffalo defense and depending on severity, he could miss Week 5 as the Bills face the vaunted Kansas Chiefs offense.
