Matt Stafford Suffers Ankle Sprain Versus The Buccaneers

Detriot Lions QB Matthew Stafford, injured his ankle in the first quarter versus the Buccaneers. Stafford suffered a mild right inversion ankle sprain and the expectation is that he gets taped and returns to play. Stafford has a history of playing through injuries and is currently he dealing with his rib cartilage issue and thumb, but expect him to stay in the game and be effective. He limped into the locker room and will undergo X-rays to rule out a fracture and will wait for more details.
