Matthew Stafford, the Rams quarterback, suffered a left ankle injury on a sack late in the third quarter.
By video, Dr. David Chao, ProFootballDoc, said Stafford appeared to suffer an inversion ankle sprain.
Stafford will likely remain in the game after getting his ankle taped on the sideline, Chao said.
The 34-year-old also may be dealing with a turf toe injury to his big toe, Chao said. Stafford played through a turf toe injury on the same foot in Week 18, but hasn't looked limited in the playoffs.
The Rams quarterback has been sacked twice in three quarters.
His ability to escape sacks the rest of the game will likely be limited.
John Wolford would replace Stafford if he can't continue.
