Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford suffered a mild foot injury late in the 4th quarter against the 49ers and stayed in the game.
By video, Stafford appears to suffer a mild turf toe on his right foot on a 30-yard completion to Cooper Kupp with 5:36 left in the game.
He was hit by defensive lineman Arden Key after he let go of the pass, and the 6'5," 250-pound tackle landed on his right foot.
Stafford grabbed the front of his foot, limped up the field, and stayed in the game, later completing a touchdown to Kupp to take the lead.
While the injury doesn't appear to be affecting him today, it will be something to watch for in the playoffs as he deals with the pain. The Rams won't get a 1st-round bye and will have to play next weekend.
