Christian McCaffrey will miss this weeks game just as we predicted at profootballdoc.com. Carolina’s head coach Matt Rhule confirmed an injury to the end of his collarbone it appears to be an AC joint sprain. The running back will seek a second opinion but we do not expect surgery to be needed or this to be season ending as we believe McCaffrey could play but the team will not ask him to take an injection. Expect the star to miss multiple weeks and return after the Week 13 bye to play the final four Panthers regular season games.
