Buccaneers star receiver Mike Evans suffered a right elbow injury in the Week 18 matchup against the Panthers.
By video, Evans' right elbow was hit by a defender's helmet and he appeared to lose feeling in his right hand.
He should regain feeling in the hand and be able to return to the ballgame.
Tampa Bay lost wide receiver Cyril Grayson to a hamstring injury earlier in the game.
The team is also down key wideouts Chris Godwin and Antonio Brown.
