The Chargers wide receiver left Sunday's game prematurely with a knee injury but reports were that the injury was minor. From video replay, the injury didn't look like much and there is no worry for major knee ligament damage. Later the receiver said his knee tightened up on the final drive of regulation which is why he wasn't on the field in overtime. Williams did miss practice today with Coach Anthony Lynn saying he is concerned about the receivers knee. Hopefully there is no underlying meniscus tear. The Chargers could be down a second receiving weapon (Hunter Henry already out for a minimum of 4-6 weeks) going into a Week 2 matchup with the Lions and our Injury Index will reflect both losses.
