Miles Sanders, the Eagles starting running back, suffered a hand injury just before halftime against the Giants and is questionable to return.
We didn't see the exact play he suffered the injury, but hand injuries can usually be played through for running backs.
If Sanders does return, ball security may be an issue as he will have to adjust his grip on the ball.
Jordan Howard would get a majority of the carries if Sanders can't continue.
Update
Sanders was ruled out shortly after halftime. He was likely downgraded to out because ball security and pass catching would have been an issue with the hand injury. His absence is a big blow for the Eagles offense.
