Mitch Trubisky Injury Update

Bears coach Matt Nagy announced that Trubisky is suff from a right hip pointer and this does indeed fit with our video analysis. The play was with 39 second to go in the second quarter, where defensive end Michael Brockers took him down in a violent enough fashion that jarred the ball loose from the Bears quarterback momentarily. This is an injury that can become stiffer as the game progresses but I still believe that he could have (medically) finished the game. He should be available next Sunday, if Nagy tabs him as the starter. As usual, the truth is somewhere in the middle. There wasn't an injury, but perhaps it was embellished lightly by the team.
